THE INTEGRATION OF PASSION AND EQUANIMITY ON AND OFF THE MAT

The yoga wisdom offers the possibility of integrating and balancing opposites in a graceful and resourceful way. In this workshop we´ll dive into the principles of polarity and opposition as expressions of wholeness and doorways to mental, physical and emotional freedom.

The content includes a brief inspirational introduction to prepare and support the exploration through an alignment based vinyasa sequence to soothe and reveal inner strengths. Students and teachers of all levels are welcome.

BIO DIANA NAYA

Trained in Sociology and with a career in fashion design 11 years ago Diana shifted her creativity and passion for understanding into teaching yoga, her personal tool for balance and spiritual development. Since then she has been teaching students and teachers from all walks of life using her inclusive perspectives and informing her work with the science behind the power of yoga (neuroscience, mindfulness and functional movement). Her work is based in Ibiza and she travels to offer workshops and trainings in Barcelona and Madrid on Mindful Vinyasa (alignment based flow).

Diana presents accesible and enjoyable yoga that aims to offer a meaningful experience to both beginners and experienced students. She has trained in classical and contemporary yoga with national and international teachers. Her main influences come from trainings with senior teachers Jason Crandell, Roger Cole and Shiva Rea. Her commitment to education and service and her respectful approach guide students for inquiry and truthfulness.
