THE AWAKENED LIFE. PRINCIPLES FOR INSPIRED LIVING.
We all know that there´s an inspired way of walking through life: making the best out of every adventure and challenge, enjoying the sweet moments of life, evolving and being present in the unknown spaces of change or loss.
The space of our mat works magnificently as a metaphor to prepare ourselves for the life that´s awaiting for us every time we finish our practice.
We are not living isolated. We are householders, business people, caregivers, students, artists, travelers, … All of us are facing a wide array of events that challenge our body, mind and heart.
In this workshop I offer a few theoretical perspectives to train our mindset and physiology for better performance and higuer enjoyment. The goals are: revitalizing the body, calming the mind and healing the heart.
For the physical practice we embody these principles using the languages of Mindful Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
For practitioners of all styles, needs, experiences and backgrounds.
